100×100mm Silicone Thermal Pad Sheet – Superior Heat Transfer for CPUs & GPUs

Keep your computer components running cooler and more efficiently with this premium 100×100mm silicone thermal pad. Designed for CPUs, GPUs, video memory chips, bridge chips, IC controllers, and a wide range of electronic components, this 0.5mm thermal interface pad delivers excellent thermal conductivity in a soft, easy-to-use sheet format.

Whether you're building a gaming PC, upgrading a workstation, or maintaining electronics, this thermal pad is a simple, mess-free alternative to thermal paste — no syringes, no spreading, no waste.

Key Features

  • Excellent Thermal Conductivity: Efficiently transfers heat from chips to heat sinks, helping your components stay within safe operating temperatures.
  • Super Soft & Slightly Tacky: Conforms easily to uneven surfaces for maximum contact and heat transfer efficiency.
  • Easy to Cut: Trim to any shape or size to fit your specific component or heat sink perfectly.
  • Electrically Insulating: Safe to use directly on circuit boards and sensitive electronic components without risk of short circuits.
  • Wide Application: Suitable for graphics cards, VRAM, bridge chips, power components, TFT-LCD panels, switching power supplies, LED lighting boards, and more.
  • Peel-and-Stick Design: Includes release paper on both sides for clean, easy application.

Specifications

  • Size: 100 × 100 mm (3.94 × 3.94 in)
  • Thickness: 0.5 mm
  • Weight: 50g
  • Material: Silicone

Made in Mainland China.

How to Apply

  1. Clean any dust or old thermal material from the heat sink and chip surface.
  2. Confirm that the chip and heat sink can make direct contact.
  3. Identify the contact area on the heat sink.
  4. Peel off one side of the release paper.
  5. Apply the thermal pad to the heat sink surface (applying to the bottom of the heat sink is recommended over the chip surface).
  6. Press firmly, especially around the edges, to ensure full contact.
  7. Wait approximately 2 minutes, then carefully peel off the remaining release paper.

What's in the Box

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is a silicone thermal pad used for in a computer?

A: A silicone thermal pad is a thermal interface material placed between a heat-generating component (such as a CPU, GPU, or memory chip) and its heat sink. It fills microscopic air gaps between the surfaces, dramatically improving heat transfer and helping your components maintain stable operating temperatures.

Q: Can I cut the 100×100mm thermal pad to fit smaller components?

A: Yes! The silicone thermal pad is soft and easy to cut with scissors or a craft knife. Simply trim it to the exact size and shape needed for your specific chip or heat sink before applying.

Q: Is this thermal pad electrically conductive? Is it safe on circuit boards?

A: No — this silicone thermal pad is electrically insulating, not electrically conductive. This makes it safe to use directly on PCBs, memory chips, power components, and other sensitive electronics without risk of short circuits.

Q: How does a thermal pad compare to thermal paste?

A: Thermal pads offer a cleaner, easier application with no mess, no spreading tools required, and no risk of applying too much or too little. They are ideal for flat, uniform surfaces and for users who prefer a straightforward peel-and-stick installation process.
