How to Mold Your Mouthguard
- Practise the fit first – Place the guard over your upper gum and use suction to expel air between the guard and gums. Repeat with the lower guard.
- Soften the guard – Pour water heated to approximately 70–80 °C into a cup. Submerge the guard for 5–15 seconds until the edges begin to soften slightly. Do not exceed 90 °C or leave it in too long.
- Mold to your teeth – Quickly but carefully place the softened guard over your gum, apply suction, and press the bonding surface firmly with your fingers. Hold for ~30 seconds. The guard may feel slightly warm — this is normal and harmless.
- Trim for comfort – Remove the guard, rinse with cool water, and use scissors to trim any excess material along the gum line. This ensures the gel contacts only your teeth, protecting your gum tissue.
- Repeat if needed – If you're not happy with the fit, reheat and remold until perfect.

Q: Is this sports mouthguard suitable for both adults and teenagers?
A: Yes! This transparent EVA mouthguard is designed for users aged 13 and above. The boil-and-bite molding process allows it to fit a wide range of jaw and teeth sizes, making it practical for teenage and adult athletes alike.
Q: Can I use this mouthguard for boxing and MMA training?
A: Absolutely. This breathable sports dental protector is purpose-built for contact sports including MMA, boxing, kickboxing, Taekwondo, Muay Thai, and wrestling. The custom-moldable EVA material provides a secure fit during high-impact training sessions.
Q: How do I clean and maintain my EVA mouthguard?
A: Simply rinse it thoroughly with clean water before and after every use. Avoid using boiling water or harsh chemicals for cleaning, as this can distort the shape. Replace your mouthguard every 3–4 months or sooner if it shows signs of wear.
Q: What does a "pair" mean — does each pack include upper and lower guards?
A: Yes — 2 pieces equal 1 bag/pair, with one guard for the upper teeth and one for the lower teeth. You can select between 1 and 6 pairs depending on how many training sessions or athletes you need to cover.
