  • Breathable Open-Channel Design: Allows natural airflow so you can focus on performance without feeling restricted.
  • Safe, Non-Toxic Material: Made from food-grade silicone / thermoplastic copolymer — safe, non-toxic, and free from harmful chemicals.
  • Multi-Pack Value: Available in 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6-pair packs — ideal for training partners, gyms, or replacing worn guards on schedule (every 3–4 months recommended).

How to Mold Your Mouthguard

  1. Practice the fit first: Before molding, place the guard on your upper gum and practice the suction method — suck out air between the guard and your gums to feel how it should fit.
  2. Soften the guard: Heat water to approximately 70–80 °C. Submerge the guard for 5–10 seconds until the edges just start to soften. Do NOT use boiling water (90 °C+) as this can cause distortion.
  3. Mold to your teeth: Quickly and carefully place the softened guard onto your upper gum. Use the suction method to remove air gaps, then press firmly with your fingers along the gum-line surface. Work fast — do not bite down hard.
  4. Set the shape: Hold in place for approximately 30 seconds, then remove and rinse with cool water.
  5. Trim for comfort: Using scissors, trim any excess material along the gum line (the line between teeth and gums). Remove the handle tab. Trimming ensures the gel contacts only the teeth.
  6. Re-mold if needed: If the first attempt isn't perfect, simply repeat the process until you achieve a satisfying fit.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What sports is this transparent EVA mouthguard suitable for?

A: This mouthguard is ideal for a wide range of contact and combat sports, including MMA, boxing, kickboxing, taekwondo, wrestling, rugby, and other activities where dental protection is important. The breathable open-channel design makes it comfortable for high-intensity training sessions.

Q: How do I know when the mouthguard fits correctly after molding?

A: A correctly molded mouthguard should feel snug against your upper teeth and gums without requiring you to clench your teeth to keep it in place. It should not feel loose, bulky, or restrict your breathing significantly. If the fit isn't right on the first try, you can re-soften and remold the guard until you're satisfied.

Q: How long does a mouthguard last, and how should I store it?

A: We recommend replacing your mouthguard every 3–4 months, similar to how often you replace a toothbrush. Always rinse it with clean water before and after use, and store it in a protective case away from direct sunlight and high heat to preserve its shape and material integrity.

Q: Is this mouthguard safe for teenagers?

A: Yes — this mouthguard is designed for users aged 13 and above. The material is food-grade and free from harmful chemicals, making it a safe choice for teen athletes participating in combat or contact sports training.
